"I work at panera in lincoln, and I know that one of our main mottos is, always big customers with a smile, but today only about 2 hours to 1 hour, I was greeted with an rude expression, I tried to go by and remain optimistic. I went into the window, got the rest of my order and someone else had got the rolls, the people are great, but if I decided to order a smoothie and cookies to go with my order, the same person asked above, if I come back for the croissants, I did not order croissants. but I just remained optimistic and said I didn't order croissants, then when I finished my second order, he went for the pager, and my "panera worker" stepped in, I said: "This is a order to go so I don't need the pager" in and then he snapped "don't tell me how to do my ok job"?
