"I love Panera, but this is the worst thing I've ever done. I order the Mediterranean with chicken and the rice was not completely boiled the grain was so hard that it tasted like chalk. I was told by the manager that they had a new grain mix and that's how it was. It makes no sense why food would taste like that if it is a new grain. It should be a warm bowl, not cold and uncooked. I DONT recommend this Panera customer service is not great. Very disappointed."

"Been wanting to try it for the longest but finally had time. The dining room was open so I opted to eat inside. I ordered some chicken wings (jerk Caribbean); it was pretty good with my ranch sauce, lol. Prices were fair. On a scale of 1-10, I give the pizza an 7.5. It was good enough. The ingredients seemed fresh. I eat at a lot of pizza places so it’s hard to impress me. I definitely would eat here again. The place was clean and they do have outdoor seating available if that’s a concern for you."

"I’m going to be kind and suggest if you must eat at Lost Resort, you do so on a Saturday when you are more likely to get fresh food. We went on a Monday night and things were bad from the start. The restaurant was out of half the menu including wines. My husbands order came out a full 30 minutes before mine. My meal was a very overcooked pork chop with a tablespoon of very bad polenta. The venue is gorgeous and I had such high hopes but the service while friendly, was super slow. Our dessert was a hunk of freezer burned, still frozen, Angel food cake that even the scattering of fresh berries couldn’t save."
