"What a great experience having a chef cook right before you while sitting at a Tappanyaki Table. Everyone is in traditional Japanese outfits which adds to the ambience of the restaurant. The wait staff are incredibly respectful and very attentive. The meals are presented so...nicely on your plates and were delicious."

"This is their newer situation, so maybe this makes a difference, but I expect the food to be prepared in the same way in both. This is primarily a meeting point. You order at the counter and even for food food comes in take-out containers. There are tables, but it is like eating in a school cafeteria, there is little attempt to decorate or atmosphere. The service was troublesome, only 2 employees behind the counter, but they did not seem to avoid coming together in each round. An article we ordered never made it on the board (at least we were not charged for it). But given the fact that this site does not (I think) open for all those long, perhaps this is only new employee problems. I would go back and check, but the food itself was not particularly good, so there is no incentive for it. Toronto has so many options for local foods that are much better and much more authentic. By its website, the other location offers delivery, but its not clear when it does."

"We ordered from here to send a Shiva meal for my mother-in-law when her mother passed away. The customer service was excellent and they went of their way to deliver for free even though it was out of the delivery area. My mother in law said the food was delicious and she really enjoyed it. My other experience eating at the restaurant was also excellent and I would definitely recommend eating here if you like delicious food and great customer service."

"I ordered 2 nachos and cheese with extra sour cream. Also a Greek salad.This was the worst food I've ever ordered from anywhere. I specifically said no hot peppers and both orders had loads of them and didn't receive extra sour cream which I paid for. The nachos were so soggy and looked very unappetizing. There was very little cheese as well.The Greek salad I ordered was soggy because they put the dressing on it which made the leaves soggy and didn't receive the extra feta cheese I requested. By the time it arrived the nachos were very cold and because of this had put a damper on the night as I was celebrating my birthday and decided to splurge a little on food. My company and myself couldn't eat any of the nachos because of all the hot peppers and it cost me 90 just for a Greek salad and 2 orders of nachos.Guaranteed that I will never order from this place again or from Uber Eats."

"Customer service was not bad. They were accommodating. Sandwiches were decent as well. Good value for the money. The side potato salads were comical in size though. It came in portioned in a dipping sauce container. Overall, I'd give it a 3.7 out of 5."
