"Generally, we wanted to spend the evening on the Christmas market in Jever. However, how we could get through in 2 hours and with great effort (in the truest sense of the word) to 2 glow wines! we turned to a more professional institution in Jever: Milka Franzen, owner of the Opatija in Jever. We have already been for the more open, but unfortunately not yet to write any criticism. Operation The two are really great! Very professional, always a look at the guest and especially... always the rest itself. The cottage can be so full, there is never a rush. The drinks come fast, the appetizers always fit in with the main course (I hate it when I order a local dish, just clear the last bites and get my main course directly! The restaurant was filled more and more, but all were extended with normal waiting period. The Essen Gegessen was a fillet steak, 250 gr. with foil potato and wonderful dip as well as a grill plate, as it may be different. The fillet of excellent quality, good and especially sharp fried, very important as it was ordered slightly English. The grill plate is excellent in terms of meat quality (no grilled cut, because so thin! . The supplements all made home, also diving on the foil potato. The only point is the salad to the main dish: I am sure there is something to improve. The ambience It is an old restaurant in Jever. Unfortunately, they have never updated the whole place, although they work absolutely professionel in terms of kitchen and service. Cleanliness From polished cutlery to table tops to toilets there was nothing to complain..."
