"We are on a business trip in Lublin City Centre for 3 days, so heading to a nice vegan restaurant is always a must in other cities. We ate at Bistro Pomylone Gary 3 times. Because we loved it! But: Why 4 out of 5 stars? The waiting time is long. We came here always around 12 o'clock and had to wait for our drinks at least 15 minutes, food much longer. It never came at the same time, so one person ate, while the other was watching without food. We would have ordered much more drinks if it was quicker, because we usually drink before, while and sometimes even after eating. Restaurants could earn MUCH MORE money, if you just improve the drink service. Especially if you have interesting things like Kompot or melon lemonade (remember: people from out of poland don't know that and might be curious to try No english menu. While I am able to speak and read polish, my friend was not. A translated english version would make it easier to order even more delicious food. The positive points: Great mixture of polish and italian food, some other kitchens available also. Greek, turkish, japanese Ramen. Being a vegan for 9 years I have to say that this nice mix was impressive. Usually mixed kitchen lose quality while having huge menus. We had some nice polish things I can only recommend: Tomato soup with rice, Fried Pancakes filled with wild mushrooms (YES, and it was delicious! and of course Pierogi (which I did not have, but it is not easy to find Pierogi handmade without eggs, so enjoy please. The salads are really creative a lot of variation. The menu itself was just great and very impressive Really good pizza super interesting creations, that came out really nice. The seitan steak had a super great taste, everything fried was just amazingly crunchy, super nice mozzarella (seemed selfmade and very impressive! . There are a lot of different cheese creations, that are really nice, like Gorgonzola and Parmesan. I had maybe one of the best gnocchi in life don't know what was in the super creamy sauce, but it was amazing. Fresh made, a lot of regional specialities and some very interesting, seasonal dishes Why Ramen? Because it is a huge trend in Poland and it's worth trying. So, all english readers: Try this sweet little bistro and try some of the polish dishes. Prices are in a very good range, so it is even useful to take a piece of cake home with you. And don't forget the tip!"
