"No real website.. that's odd. Had dinner and food was good with the exception of a bean entree was served so hot it was almost inedible and incredibly over cooked. It was a Friday night and seemed as if the entire kitchen was being served by two people which from my birds eye view seemed to be true and spoke to the speed of service. I wanted to write direcelty to the restaurant, and not via yelp but no real website with no real contact info. Seemed to contradict the message this is family restuarant and someone from the family is always around to address issues, definintely didn't feel that!"

"Cedar local is very fun! Great for happy hour. Actually, amazing for happy hour. We went for a dinner and it was a bit loud, but that’s not the intention of the bar so that’s on me. Flatbread was very crispy and truffle was incredibly tasty. Pork sliders were not over stuffed and meat was cooked to a perfect temperature. Greek Salad’s Feta was meh, but the rest was great. Solid drink list on all liquor fronts."

"Friend recommended. My friend, who we just visited, lives in Washington Hts and upon walking to his apt mentioned this was a great place for breakfast. Three days later we decided to go here for breakfast before hitting the road home. I wish we would have tried it on day 1! The place was packed (Sunday 11am) but the staff is so efficient no one waited for more than 5 min. The food was really really good (I had the french toast, my boyfriend had the belgian waffle) Even though the service was so fast they were still very friendly. I really wish we had a place like this where I live...I don't know how my friend does not eat breakfast here every day!"

"This place has some excellent food. There are plenty of great choices in the menu. The dishes come with delicious salad. Chicken Souvlaki is one of their most popular dish. I liked it a lot. Other Souvlaki are also very popular. We went during lunch hour, surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. Our order came out pretty quickly. Overall, we were very happy with experience and the service."

"As soon as we walked out of our hotel, this was the first restaurant that looked clean with ac so we helped ourselves to the door. The food was ok but was prepared well. My husband ordered the steak and eggs, he wasn 't too pleased. Our kids had pancake, fruit, and steak and eggs. They enjoyed the food. We are a family of 6. The manager Bobby walked around our table the entire time which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. I 'm sure it was because of our children, who were well-behaved. He should have been excited to see such a big family dine at his nearly empty restaurant in busy NYC on Saturday lunch time. Nevertheless, Myerna helped us and she was pleasant."
