"Absolutely amazing. Food was top notch, service was just as equal. We came over while on a business trip to Orlando, and while I griped about the road trip, The Tides was worth the trip 10x over. Can't believe how amazing the service and equally as good as the food. We had the scallops and calamari as an appetizer. The calamari was good, but the scallops were amazing and I'm from the New England area. Paired with a sweet tomato sauce and polenta, they were some of the best I've ever had. The salad was amazing with excellent goat cheese. Then the ahi tuna was awesome with the butter sauce and perfectly cooked carrots. My colleague had the pork chop which was excellent, too. We then had dessert and lattes. I'd give this place and the service 10 stars. I travel for work in sales and get to try a lot of places with customers. This place is one of the best I've experienced coast to coast in over 8 years. Don't question this place, just do it."

"Had high expectations for this place and ended up being the worst experience I've had in Vero at a restaurant. The service was very slow and our waitress would just forget to bring us things and then never come back. She said she was going to bring us bread then never did then a food runner brought us our food. My wife had asked for a glass of wine she sampled 10 minutes before our food came out and she never even remembered until we were done. I didn't have any water with my meal and had to ask the food runner because our waitress was nowhere to be found and food was getting cold. Me and my wife order angel hair pasta and got spaghetti how does an Italian restaurant mess that up?! Also marinara sauce was sub par, and the chicken piccatta had no depth of flavor I've had better piccata from frozen isle at publix...Also after talking to the manager the waitress didn't even apologize she just interrupted my wife and said you shouldn't have made plans for after dinner. Which we had given a 2 hour window from our reservation time. Not the experience I wanted trying to celebrate my wife's birthday..."

"I ordered a soup and the cashier told me they had no more baguette bread. I asked for a substitute, they said they cannot. As I stood their in amazement, I told the cashier to look behind her, as there were tons of baked bread behind her.. and asked why? THE WHOLE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY IS PANERA BREAD! She called the manager, Amanda who said they cannot substitute! WHAT!?!?! I asked Amanda to give me the name of her manager and corporate number, she replied to wait. She never returned.. Horrible service. It's like going to KFC and they tell you they have no chicken."

"My husband and I were on our honeymoon and were trying to find a place to eat after visiting the botanical gardens. Oh my word this place is amazing. I told my husband I could eat the food there every day for the rest of my life. Ericka also made ourdining experience that much more wonderful. Her attentiveness was appreciated as well as her warm personality. Ericka was great,and we hope to see her again when we return!"

"Good that we came back two days later. the first day had the cauliflower appetizer was amazing. great light home page salads. special was an amazing kichererbsen kartoffel tomaten spiced bowl. the desserts should die, the chocolates were amazing. I had the dark chocolate expresso cake just perfect. next time I had the chocolate mousse cake. the hummus was perfect, the special sweet potato bowl. the za atar sandwich was one of the best veggie sandwiches of all time, like an Italian crispy sub with oil and oregano without the meat, but just as good."
