"Jessica S. made sure my order was perfect. It was perfect, hot, delicious, and she is a very nice person. Arby's is lucky to have her. She cares about her customers and the quality of the food. She checked out the order as she was handing it to me. I never had an employee do that before. We had, on coupons, 2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 orders of potatoes cakes, 1 order of fries, 1 order of mozzarella sticks, so good, 4 beef and cheddars, and 2 drinks for $25,26. It's 4 meals for $25. There's no other coupon deal out there better than that. This Arby's is always clean. We want to be able to eat inside soon. The atmosphere is nice. The employees come by and ask if you need anything else. It's all the employees that make that location great. I don't go to the other one any more."
