For Vasilis,...the owner, his restaurant may be his Oniro dream in Greek), but for me every visit is a journey: a journey to a greek summer night. This place has it all: the aromas, the tastes, the wines and drinks, the hospitality, and most important the atmosphere. A minimal style in combination with warm lighting and limited space, make this cozy atmosphere that easily brings people together. The dish style of mezedes makes this even easier. Deliciously prepared specialties served over the whole table make people share more than just their food. After all, this is the idea of a greek taverna: over tasty food bites and wine sips share yourself and your time with your friends and family. I used to live for quite a long time in Greece and I appreciate this greek social ritual. I consider myself lucky to have this restaurant in my neighborhood. "Find vegetarian food at German restaurants isn't easy, but I figured a Greek restaurant would be no problem. I was wrong about this place there was only one vegetarian dish on the menu a salad. And when I asked about vegetarian food, the...owner started suggesting chicken dishes lol. I didn't care for the salad that much. It was shredded white iceberg lettuce with a dressing that was way too sweet. I can't say it was bad necessarily, but not the style of Greek food I usually like (more like Greek German than Greek American, like I'm used to : . The owners and the restaurant itself were nice, and the person I was traveling with did like his lunch."

"We went to Jott for dinner that evening. The restaurant was reserved for a found gin tasting so we were seated at a table in the adjacent hallway. Extremely uncomfortable and cramped. We only received the steak menu upon request. The bottle of rosé wine we ordered was served from a bottle with a screw cap. You can do it at the Greek around the corner or at a restaurant that would like to recommend itself for higher consecration certainly not appropriate. That the price for this supermarket product can only be rated as adventurous should only be mentioned in passing. The food was excellent but the price advertised is way over the top for what is on offer. There is comparable z. B. In Braunschweig about cheaper and I don't have to sit in the hallway and the source of the wine is better concealed.
