"Went here for a date night. The place is not a place to casually dress. Business casual at minimum. Jeans are fine but no sweatpants.Decor is nicely done. Pretty bright. But frankly the place was NOISY. They need some serious sound treatment.Service was awesome. Very attentive.Food is pretty good as well, however VERY overpriced for what you get. For those prices, I’d rather go to Cork N Cleaver where it’s quieter and the food is better.I’m not saying the food is bad. It’s not. But a place’s French onion soup tells a lot… and Summit’s is in the higher mid-range. Not amazing (which does exist here in Fort Wayne) but definitely good. I ate it all. It’s your pretty standard French onion soup that’s well done with enough cheese that’s toasted and nice and pretty.We had the Texas Twinkies, which were pretty great. Totally recommend those.I had the Chipotle chicken and shrimp with gluten free pasta and it frickin tasted like a campfire… it was AWESOME. Nice and spicy.Husband had the brown sugar bone in pork chops. He loved it as well, but he says for the price, it should have been a thicker pork chop.It’s nice to sit and chat with some wine over a meal. It’s a nice place."

"Really wish I would of came to the reviews before I purchased my food and opened it up lol IF these ribs that I got were smoked, they were a couple days old and reheated on an open flame because they were scorched. Even the bones were black from being to close to a fire. I love running my smoker at home and have tried all the BBQ in Lufkin and this place is the easily at the very bottom of the list. On a good note, the mac and cheese and corn were good."

"Those baked beans were flavorful and spicy..some of the best Ive ever had. The roasted wings were the right amount of crispy with ample meat on the bone. Id dine here again whenever Im in Fort Wayne!"
