"Decided to give Acropol a try given all the positive reviews. I can say we were not disappointed but neither were we overly impressed. Ordered two entrees--the chicken souvlaki with rice and green beans. The 2 skewers of chicken were very tender, moist, nicely seasoned, quite flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I had the gyro platter with fries. The portions were huge, the meat tender and tasty while the fries had a crisp outer layer while being moist on the inside. They were some of the best I have had. Both meals came with a large side Greek salad which had fresh, crisp ingredients and tasty crumbled feta. Service was friendly and attentive. We liked our dinners but given the distance (about 35 minutes) from home, we would rather drive to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks (same distance)."

"The sandwich I ordered was the special of the day: Pulled Pork. The pulled pork was hard and tough and looked as if it was from a can and had sat out awhile. It was disgusting. The onion fries were dripping in oil and the coleslaw was (a tiny portion) actually good. My husband's French Dip was raw and had to be returned to be cooked. We will not be returning."

"Ken Sushi is worth the drive for us. We come here for lunch every time we are in the area. The lunch specials are great! Today I got the pick two rolls special. I picked the Arizona and the crunchy spicy salmon rolls. The Arizona is made with yellowtail. The fresh fish in the roll were fatty. It was really good. I also got the uni nigiri. I was craving the creamy, fishy uni. It hits the spot! My bf ordered a bento box, which comes with the main with rice (he got basil chicken), miso soup, salad, three nigiri and a California roll. It looked substantial! I tried some of the basil chicken: it was nice and fragrant with lots of veggies like green beans, onions, and bell pepper. Ken Sushi also takes Apple Pay. So convenient especially if you forgot your wallet like I did haha."

"We had dinner here to cap off a day spent on the beach and a dolphin tour. Our waitress was very friendly. We are big fans of strawberry daiquiri and Pina colada drinks, both did not disappoint! Our food was very tasty, and dissappear quickly which speaks volumes. We had their burger, salmon, and the grouper dishes. The only complaint was for the salmon dish, there was an abundance of rice on the dish, and the rice was rather bland. A quick sprinkle of some salt and the problem was sovled. My son was happy to have finally found a place that had coconut cream pie, however they said they had been out for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. The atmosphere, and proximity to the beach can't be beat. They also had live music which was a fun addition. We would definitely come back."

"We were in Tampa and missed our turn to Clearwater so with being in the car all morning you were our go to for brunch. We've been here a few times. We've never had a bad expiresnce and the food is always fresh, the servers are always friendly and attentive."
