"Friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the food. I always appreciate Chinese according to their ability to make hot and sour soup. The one we had here is wonderful. Not too hot and not too bland, plus lots of vegetables to please your palate. Great to eat when you're cold. The food is very good and authentic as it is the whole place. I felt like visiting a small restaurant in Xi'an. The hosts are very graceful. This place is also ideal for farewell, but if you call, give them a few minutes each dish is made for you."

"This was our first time at Le Melange. The restaurant was busy, but we were greeted right away and seated in just a few minutes. It was well-staffed and our waiter was pleasant and efficient. Started with a Brussels sprout and artichoke salad big enough to share. We liked the lemony dressing. My husband had duck confit and I had limoncello chicken and risotto, both well prepared and tasty. We enjoyed crème brûlée for dessert. The only thing we didn’t like was the “tea-pop” that made a very weak cup of ginger green tea. We’ve already chosen what entrees we plan to try on our next visit."

"The title says it all. The food here is outstanding. Much like in the tradition of the French Laundry the dishes are expertly crafted although in small quantities, and unfortunately pricey. Don’t let the cost keep you away because the cost reflects the quality quite accurately. Each dish was outstanding and creative well beyond a gourmet’s imagination. Overall I thought the charcuterie was excellent with outstanding meats and cheeses. One of the subtleties I noticed was the chefs attention to temperature. Each dish was constructed and each ingredient almost, had it’s own temperature. The green bean dish had the green beans chilled but the rest of the dish was in a warmer temperature. Each forkful was a delight and chimeric thermal taste experience."

"Oh my! What a find!! We had a evening meeting downtown and were looking for a place to grab a bite. I remembered driving by this place awhile back and thought it looked interesting with glass walls bookending it and the kitchen out in the open, so why not check it out. Everything was off the charts. Food, patrons, staff all fun and fantastic. We started with cocktails hand crafted by a good soul called Gus and we loved them. We tried salad made of various greens drizzled with some soft cheese mixed with greens puree was intriguingly delish and it even got better from there. That porcelet app is a gift from the gods.. The duck and scallops were perfect and surrounded with flavors that multiplied the entree's superb taste. It was a great meal and night. The staff was so relaxed, fun and helpful we were simple blown away with everything. See you again soon, Defi."

"Today was my first day at Green Hills and I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!! This place is soooooo big and has basically everything you could ever want. I came for firewood on a whim and found more than I could imagine. They are local owned grocery so prices are a little higher, but you're paying for quality and supporting local! Staff were so friendly and helpful. I got this very yummy salad! They have food to order as well. You've got to check this place out!! Tons of parking, accessible and overall great vibes."
