"Ordered from this location for the first time. The food was absolutely unacceptable. The chicken was very dry. The chaufa and green beans smelled off like they weren’t any good. The sauces were spoiled and exploded all over everything."

"At the drive-thru I saw they had 2 steak biscuits for $5. I told them I wanted to order that but I wanted to add egg to one of them. They didn't seem to understand what I was saying and I told them the same thing 4 times! First they said that it would be $3.79 which didn't make sense since they were two for $5 plus the egg. Then they said $4.23 which also didn't make sense. Then there was a person in front of me at the drive thru and I waited close to 10 minutes! I was hungry I had to pick somebody up and I was afraid that my food was getting cold.I got out of my car went to the drive-thru window and they said they were making my food because they were short-staffed and the person in front of me told me that they told him the wait was a few minutes more. After he left and I pulled up to the drive thru they had made me sausage and egg biscuits which is not what I ordered! I gave them my order again and they gave me the food without the egg! I was there close to a half hour!! AFTER ALL THAT ONCE I GOT THE FOOD I COULDN'T EAT IT! Of course I couldn't go inside so I had to eat it in my car. The biscuits were undercooked, practically raw and and falling apart. When I tried eating it I couldn't swallow it it got caught in my throat because it was so raw! I had to go somewhere else to get something to eat because I didn't want to wait in a long line to get more nasty food once they messed up my order in the first place."
