"I had a pretty mediocre experience. i ordered a regular burger, fries and a drink via the app and placed the order for pickup at 6pm. i arrived at around 6:05 and the food wasn't ready which was fine but i saw every single team member absolutely backed up and busy so i understood why it was taking so long. they should be a bit more prepared for this sort of thing though because they had well over 20 or more people just waiting on food and drinks piling up on the counter."
