"My boyfriend and I just went to Baan Sawan for date night. We could not be more happy about the food and atmosphere. It's a very small restaurant. Nothing fancy about the decor but it's in a cozy little house. I ordered the Tom Kha with chicken in coconut milk and Red Curry with chicken. My bf ordered the Yum Salad and Green Curry with veggies. All of it was cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. I ordered my food at a spice level 2 and he ordered at a 4. We both got extra hots on the side (which are house made). It's a bit pricier so it's nice for date night. I'd rank this place over Basil. The food tastes homemade like it's cooked by someone who knows thai food. Our service was excellent. They have a nice quiet bar area so I'd come back for just drinks too. We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"It was a very nice restaurant if they like to make photos for their instagram, make sure they do this! I ordered tiles (used of seafood, huge scallops) and encased garnels (strong hit). they were very delightful and I was satisfied with all my food. the only thing that hesitated to give me 5 stars was the softdrink, I ordered mango tee with less sugar, but still taste like tons sugar. overall this is a good place to hangout and date."

"I'm not gonna say I'm a Thai kitchen expert on everyone. but this food was one of the best of these restaurants I've been eating for a long time. to the luck for the customer they get to choose their spiciness level. trust me that you keep doing it hotter. as all well thai ya go with a tragedy nose. they had the best mistsuppet I ever had. surprise you should have taste! my teller in the picture is the drunk noodles, with mixed seafood. 1 in heat, but I ended the addition of 2, mini spoons of their chili powder. the waitress was attentive and ready to give suggestions. I asked myself about the pad thia, she said for me to try this court bc it had more taste. I'm glad I did. I'll be back. can bring my spusal unit so that I can taste 2 dishes. tbd. so the short of it, yes I would highly recommend this hole in the wall!"

"Kai Thai Cuisine was upbeat and funky with marvelous service and the best Thai food my husband and I have ever eaten. The “small plate” dishes seared tuna and Bannock shrimp were epicurean delights full of fresh ingredients , tantalizing flavors as well as visual masterpieces. Our entries Pad Thai and Green Chicken Curry were prepared perfectly. The server was more than happy to accommodate our no egg request for the Pad Thai. My husband and I will definitely make the drive from Aiken revisit this hidden gem of a restaurant."
