"This was never authentic Thai but very much adapted to Western taste buds. Still, it is a good substitute when at Pacific Place. We came back for the first time after 2.5 years due to the pandemic, and were left extremely disappointed with the food quality and service standard. Food is tasteless and almost like the Thai food you can expect at a food court in Europe, and service staff were chaotic, unprofessional, and absent minded. Oh, they also moved one floor up from their original basement location, which was actually cosy and nicely appointed. It is now a run-of-the-mill restaurant."
