"We went there and had dinner the food was not bad but also not outstanding. If we would visit again we would go earlier and just enjoy a drink and watch the sunset as the place has a nice view. Getting there by bike is not that easy as you have to make right turn on one of the steepest roads of the island turn around at the top makes that easier."

"Among the places I want to support for the authenticity of a local Thai restaurant as it was ten years ago when Ko Pha Ngan was less gentrified... Food is great, portions are small, but it 's very cheap, so you can treat yourself with two dishes if you want and still keep the bill under 200THB! Laab Kai is my favourite dish there! It is a family restaurant, where kids are helping while doing their homeworks next table, grand parents and parents under the same roof, and a highly skill Thai mama cooking for you. Smiles are for real, you feel welcome as it used to be the case everywhere on the island long time ago, and you do actually support a family with your money, but they make it worth it, so we 're not talking charity ; It 's a business, good food exchanged for some money! Life as it should be... Entitled people or peaky people, go to another place, it 's not organic or locally grown, no Himalayan salt there and msg on the table (you can of course ask her to cook without and without sugar too though); it 's cheap, good, and simple... And, ho yeah: the view is amazing!"

"Sie makes the best food on Koh Phangan and Sie has the best price ever!!!! Tasty food and also shakes/fruitjuices! All sooooo good! This is really a must try restaurant in Had Reen! If you visit them pls be patient becouse somethimes u have to wait an hour, but not becouse they are slow but becouse they are always very busy. Just take your time you are on vacation, aren't you??? We highly recommend to visit"
