"We booked a table for a friend's birthday. We arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We understood that restaurant was busy but the attitude of the bar staff was appalling. They were disinterested and more concerned with table bookings and time slots rather than taking care of their customers in front of their eyes. After 10 minutes of trying to make eye contact and get one of the staffs attention, she looked at me and spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. When I eventually ordered drinks and paid for them it took a further 10 minutes and 2 further enquiries as to where the drinks were . I was then told responded to in a sharp prickly tone. When our table was ready, we got told we could sit. We didn't get shown over. We ordered drinks at the table and the lady who served us spilt a drink all down the back if that birthday girls dress. She was clearly very embarrassed and apologied profusely. However we weren't offered any gesture of good will or anything to demonstrate an apology. Unfortunately the girl with the headphone was stressed and struggling to cope and made no attempt at disguising her frustration and stress. The gentleman at the ba with dread locks was disinterested with poor customer service. There was a young lady with glasses who served and cleaned the tables and she was much better. I observed her reassuring that lady wearing the headphones several times and despite how busy they restaurant was ,she appeared to take it in her stride and get on with the task in hand. In all honesty that way we were treat put us off completely. The food was ok but I wouldn't return based on the chaos and attitude of the staff."

"Just had a take away from this place and i can say, its the best iv ever had in my life! Food was hot and the meat content was high quality and fresh. The prawn crackers were out of this world too i can only say give it a try. The unit was very clean ,you can actually watch them cook as there is no hatch so you can see right into the kitchen ,the guy on the desk was lovely and very chatty."

"Great Sunday lunch. Food was great staff were excellent. Only downside was the nearness of other tables it was very noisy. But hey what do you expect on Mother’s Day!"

"Had the Japanese katsu chicken. Came extremely quick and was really tasty, could have done with a little more sauce as it was slightly dry. However can’t really fault the place. Quite high prices. Overall good spot to eat."

"Really lovely place. Staff were so friendly and charming. Our starters were really good. Pea hummus is epic! Mains a bit disappointing. We had a hot board which was cold and we had to wait a long time for the food. It was nice but just warm. The chaps had the hanging kebabs which were good, but again, not really hot. But, without prompting they took the hot board off the bill and gave a discount of 20% for the lateness. So good it made up for it."
