"We saw that North Point Thai had received good reviews so we decided to head there for some takeaway. We were met at the counter by a rude short haired woman dressed in a tie dye outfit who came off as rude and arrogant. All...serving staff were dressed without a uniform and giving off a very unproffesional and sloppy look for the business. While we were waiting for our food we saw the short haired waitress constantly playing with her hair and running her hands through it, then walked out with a bowl of food, without any hygienic action we then saw her place her hands into the bowl and move around some pieces of food which she proceeded to give to diners. Very unhappy with our visit and disgusted at the unproffesionalism and violation of health and safety protocols. We strongly do not recommend this business to anyone."
