"I used to come here often because the food is great. The people working here are great. But the last time I came here, they hiked the price on pretty much all food items by about $2. The prices before were already a bit pricy, but worth it. But now that they raised the prices on everything, it is now overpriced food. To make matters worse, they got rid of the rewards program. I may come here once in a while, but way less often than I used to."

Overall not a bad experience but I thought it would have been better. Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend the Black Pudding if it’s still on the menu or even the classic corn zucchini fritters. Coffee in a cone looks stunning but taste wise .... it wasn’t what I expected. Coffee was hella strong. Which was good in its own way and obviously because the cone can’t hold as much milk as a cup would I thought they’d half the espresso shot to accommodate, but they didn’t. Also the fact that the cone itself was super stale and ‘rubbery’ did not send a good message about how they go about storing the cones they use. Despite that hiccup, everything else was very pleasant and I would definitely come back. <br/ <br/ P.S. I had to draw my own little smiley face in the coffee otherwise it was just a sad white blob"

"I don’t get the four star rating for this highly overrated/overpriced spot. I must’ve visited this place on an off day. The staff seemed only interested in talking to one another rather than helping us. Plus, it’s quite obvious when they see a regular customer as their attitude totally changes. I hate when trendy places like this play favorites with customer. The vanilla latte we got was mediocre at best, the two crepes were okay, and the egg croissant sandwich was dry. I’m not sure how this place survives honestly. It was quite empty when we visited and I can see why."
