"I visit Juicy Boba every Sunday and I always get the Avocado Smoothie with Boba and then something with chocolate for my boyfriend. Today I tried to order a large half coffee+half chocolate frappé. The girl taking my order seemed confused. She said that they have Mocha Frappés. I told her that I understand that as I can see that listed on the menu, but I still want the ratio of half chocolate to half coffee. I could tell that this exchange wasn't going to work in my favor. So I made it really easy for her and just ordered a chocolate smoothie. As soon as my boyfriend took a sip, his facial expressions looked disgusted. So I tried a sip to see what was wrong. It was so sour! It tasted like something curdled. The consistency was off as well. It was chunky, icy, and not smooth. Overall, it seems like the quality has just gone down hill."
