"Barista was busy when I came to the counter, but he was polite and informed me to wait. I ordered the Green Tea lemonade and 3 $5 gift cards. He quickly activated them. The gift cards are now made with hard cardboard. The green tea lemonade tasted more like the lemonade. A bit too much lemonade and not enough green tea. Even the color is yellower."

"Update: 8/1/2021 I?ve just had the most amazing drink made by the creative team here not on the menu. The syrup for my old favorite was not available so asked Leo to make me something new that I didn?t try before. And she did amazing Leo?s Special was born (picture in the attached). I returned to try the hot version of the same drink and AJ prepared my new hot favorite for rainy cold days (also attached). I?m blown away that after all these years buying at Starbucks I didn?t dare to try something that is not on the menu. Love this team and ways they?ve boosted my days with simply being who they are authentically different. 2020 review: Come meet the ABSOLUTE BEST Starbucks team in the entire Wash DC metro area! Here are all the reasons why you?re going to experience pure magic here: 1) First, congrats! You were lucky enough to find your true North Point in the heart of Reston yes, as it?s name applies, it?s a place you can rest on 2) If you needed a confirmation or a sign that you?re at the right place, ?444? marks the spot (yes, angels congregate here) 3) You?ll notice pervasive radiance of generosity and nobility as soon as you enter that?s because barista Kareem carries these in his name and in all that he does to make everyone feel at home 4) How about trying something totally new? "This specific Reston Kung Fu tea branch had the Worst boba tea I have ever had. The bobas were hard and so chewy, felt like they were old and stale. The Boba tea had no flavor just little plain milk and so much tea in it. I have never had boba tea which tasted like cold strong tea, it Gave me a heart burn and want to throw up with those hard bobas.I have had boba tea at other Kung fu Tea branches and it was perfectly fine."

The service is very nice, and they have lots of options to eat and drink (alcoholic/nonalcoholic), as well as some happy hour specials.FOOD: +Baked Brie (4/5): warm and gooey with great accompaniments.
