"They messed up on my order and added on boba pearls when I didn’t ask for it. The cashier who rung me up was apologetic about it but the barista gave me a dirty look, snatched my drink from my hand and did not offer an apology. I’ve been there a few times and I’ll say the service from some of the staff members is a 2/5. It doesn’t hurt to be kind. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Parking is atrocious with lots of pot holes. There are plenty of other boba shops with kinder service. I still have them a good tip because it doesn’t help if I’m not kind either."

"I kind of feel bad for this place. It is sandwiched in between Wendy’s and Chick-fil-A at the msp airport. People stop and look at the broken crooked menu boards with really high prices and sleepy employees and just move on. Obviously nobody from the corporate office is watching this store. So much potential for this total train wreck of a restaurant."
