"Food was great, but why does it feel like I’m eating for free. Not much effort is put into customer service, the server seems very unhappy. We had to ask for a refill green tea and we were given dirty look. I would go for the food for sure but I get better service from the laptop they hand me."

"Authentic Korean cuisine served hot and fresh! An absolutely fantastic experience. I had the Bibimbap with beef and it was everything I wanted. Would have included a pic of the bibimbap but I could not help myself. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for some delicious spicy food. Will be dining again!!"

"I had no idea what to expect here as my wife and I saw the sign as we drove by and decided to stop for dinner. As mentioned in other reviews, the experience started with a great deal of confusion. The host handed us a slip of paper to (the menu/order form) and provided no direction. When I asked what the portion size was he stated "about 4 pieces" and walked away. We were seated and began to put the pieces together our selves. This is an all you can eat service in which you cook your own food on a cast iron grill in the middle of the table. The food is delivered in small bowls for you but little to no direction is provided on how to cook, how to spice, how to apply seasonings nor how to actually eat the preparations to meet the concept of the experience. Also, I am unsure of who this location caters to since I asked several people for a glass for my beer and they all appeared confused as to what I had requested. Really, a glass for my beer is that uncommon? When the food did arrive my wife and I had watched enough other tables to gain an understanding of the basics of the cooking process but had we been given proper direction we would have ordered lettuce and rice. We did during the second round of items. Overall the experience was a good one once we figured it our and we were able to develop some good flavors in the food prep. The servers, while lacking in ability to provide basic direction, did provide attentive service by removing bowls promptly and the food items ordered arrived very quickly. Portion size was consistent throughout the evening. Attitude was friendly and eager to ensure you did not feel neglected. This could have been an excellent experience had we been given some very simple direction and instruction on the preparation process, how the ordering is done and the concept of lettuce wrapping your final preparation. Because we were left to figure out the entire process on our own, I can not give this more than an average rating. I can easily see how many have not felt they had a good experience as confusion is not a good start to a meal.I would not consider this a budget or inexpensive location either. Since you are provided no direction or advice on ordering, cook your own food and are required to step up to the cashier to get and pay your tab, $60 for 2 people is a bit steep. Provide better initial experience Busan and this will seem like a great price."

"The ice cream taste delicious, we got the 'scoop of the day ' (see what they did there? Huh? Yea? It 's funny because they do what a lot of food places do of having an item of the day, but here it 's a scoop of the day, but ironically enough, it 's also their name, but the name is in French, so it sounds different than just calling it scoop of the day in English) which is offered at a discount compared to a regular scoop. They also have vegan and goat milk ice cream."

"Very friendly service and quite fast for take out orders! The pad thai can sometimes be a little too soggy. They let you choose your spice level and it is actually spicy, which is a bonus. Overall good experiences!"

"The rice is not well cooked and not fresh, smells like have been stored for more than three days. The cup has a heavy smell of dishwasher. Flies are in the dining area."
