"Samstag 6pm reservation space was already packed. the server approached us quickly, took the drink order and disappeared. drinks also arrived quickly, but then we waited for the server forever. he was overwhelmed with his tables, all put on one and I think he has forgotten about our table. we ordered eating, he explained everything very well, offered the pita brot for the aubergines we already ordered, we agreed and he left. that began eating the aubergins first arrive, then oktopus, then something else and the pita brot came after all when we almost end the spread. that's funny to me. the server stopped by to check us when we finished the main course and I told him we were missing food from our order. So after we finished the net, we got cauliflower, which is an appetizer or an appetizer. the garnel we ordered never arrived. we spend 2 hours there and I was looking for the server to get a leak. he apologised that eating was missing, offered round of drinks, but we didn't want it. I saw that he spoke to the manager about this situation, but manager never approached the table. we paid and left. I'm honest about this dinner. eating is delicious, the server was beautiful and knowledgeable, but apparently he was sitting triple so he could not offer best service. but the other steps of the service were terrible eating in a strange order, missing dishes and waiting long. I work myself in a restaurant and when it happens at my place, the manager comes with apologies to the table, offers something to cover it, remove some items from the bill, just to cover this error and ensure that the guests are happy. but here nothing, management did not react properly and poor server was to treat everything himself when he was already busy. So not sure what michelin liked at this place, but the service must be better."
