"It is with great reluctance I write this review. We've lived in Castle Pines North for 15 years and strongly believe in supporting local businesses. We've probably ordered here 50+ times. We, however, can no longer support Mama's Little Italy. Be prepared: 9 out of 10 orders will have an issue. It may be that your order is wrong (missing items or wrong sizes), pizza is made incorrectly (wrong ingredients, wrong temperature, cut wrong), and most likely you'll deal with a rude staff member (almost a given). The reason I give 2 stars is because, when your order is correct, it is legitimately good food. It's just not worth dealing with all the hassle. I cannot tell you how many times we've had to drive back to get the missing salad or wait 50 minutes to get a re-delivery. Generally it never comes with an apology. Their hours of business are not ideal and if you're anywhere near 30 minutes of closing, they either won't answer the phone or won't take your order. I've provided feedback to the owner over the years, but nothing really changes. For all these reasons, we're done."
