"I placed an order online on 01/30/23 at the Hilltop, Virginia Beach, VA store and when I got there, they hadn't received it yet. It started printing out as I was standing there, so the girl who worked there said she would have it done in a very short time, and I also have an allergy and she asked me the proper questions. I saw her really hustle (something you don't see very often anymore). When it was done, she handed it to me, apologized for the mixup, and I left. I have to say, not only did she have a GREAT work ethic, she made me the BEST gluten free pizza that wasn't overbaked or like cardboard!"

"Love the food, found only one person with customer service. They screwed up my order, was dine in, they made it to go. Gave me the wrong smoothie. Miles was great, and apologized for the whole team. There was a really rude lady in the back. Not just with me but other customers too. She definitely does not need to be around customers."

"We wanted a nice family restaurant that was close to the hotel. We figured this place must be pretty good because it had been there for decades and was still in business. The dining room was typical Italian themed decor but it looked like it hadn't been changed since they opened. Everything was clean and the waitress was very friendly and honest she even told us she didn't like their marinara I should have listened. I've had better pasta from a can. I ordered the seafood marinara and got a few tiny scallops about the size if dimes and some small frozen shrimp. It was our first trip to Virginia Beach and we'll definitely return soon, but it was our last visit to Giovanni's."
