"Grilled asparagus served with tomato, rosemary and dijon mustard. The asparagus was marinated in balsamic vinegar. It was grilled to perfection and slightly crisp and quite tasteful. The locally grown grape tomatoes were presented with removed and fresh shells from the farm. Presentation was also beautiful. Up there! Filet from Beef Carpaccio served with capers, EVO and shaved parmigiano-reggiano. The beef fillet was cut thinly and practically melted into the mouth. The EVO and capers added another layer of taste. The Parmesan was elegantly shaved for a classic presentation. Up there! Cobb salad with fried chicken, Maytag-Bleu cheese, maple bacon and avocado. This is the most beautiful Cobb salad ever! The avocado was cut and arranged in a complicated fanned base to frame the Cobb seed components. The shredded salad upper part provided a tempting base for this fresh garden. This is one of my favorite salads, with the flavor elements I long – buttery avocado, creamy tangy bleu cheese, salty sweet bacon. Market Pizza options change so ask your server for pizza creation for the day. On this occasion it was a pesto pizza that was fried with mushrooms and red onions. The crust was hand-rolled in the house with a crispy exterior and slightly chewing interior. The pesto and toppings worked well together for the perfect cake. For a gall that cannot have tomato sauce, this was the perfect pizza for me. Up there! Seasonal fruit tart with custard filling and embroidered with oranges, blueberries, kiwi fruit and a raspberry. The fruit cake was delicious! It was just a bite and I was stuck. The crust was perfect as a shortbread cookie. The Custard was creamy and not too sweet. I would definitely get it back! It was also a visual festival, with fresh fruits in a delicious arrangement. Great presentation! Up there!"
