"We experienced a delicious meal and great service at Yodelin. It's a lovely/cozy place with a nice menu. We all loved out meals of broth noodles. Be aware that when you decide to add chicken to your broth you get a whole chicken breast. Not a ding, it tasted great and was good for sharing. We enjoyed our cocktails too. Would definitely go back."

"We had a great whisky steak chili. It was filled with many ribbed steak pieces and cheese on top. My wife and I shared a large bowl of it. The beer on Hahn was Blue Moon. What size, pint only served with a piece of orange in it. It tasted well with the common bowl chili. Dollar bills seem to be a main topic on the walls. You could put your own dollar bill, too!"

"I'm from out of town, I live in California now, but I grew up in Leavenworth and I was so excited to see this shop. The owner and the workers there are so friendly and eager to help, the food is delicious and the Waffle Monte Cristo was the best I've ever had anywhere in the US. I was also so thrilled about the quality of the cheese and I was able to bring it home to my girlfriend's family who is a HUGE fan of Longhorn Colby! Thank you!!"

"Oil and Vinegar shops across the nation all seem to be pretty much the exact same store. They sell the same flavors in the same colored bottles with similar labels that have been tweaked with a different brand name. That being said, I always know what to expect when I go to one and I appreciate that. First Taste will forever hold a special place in my heart as it was the first Oil and Vinegar shop that I ever went to. I compare all other shops to this one. It has a great variety of oils and vinegars and the store itself is beautiful. The atmosphere feels a bit cold and the staff is a bit hit or miss in friendliness but for the most part this little shop gets the job done. It is a great addition to the Leavenworth community and I am glad that it exists. Thank you for introducing me to the world of tasty oils and vinegars. My kitchen owes you one."

"Patio seating with some umbrelas. Great sandwiches. Quality ingredients. Can taste all the fresh ingredients in every bite. Only disappointment was they were closed on Mondays. UPDATE 1 Year later. Still a top place to stop for good sandwiches. Biscuits and gravy (Saturday and Sunday only) loaded were great. One of the better gravy's I've had. Fun idea getting it loaded with stips of yum bacon, cheese and a fried egg. I would want a little more gravy to biscuit ratio but that is because the biscuit is pretty big. Also, I'd ask for the egg to be fried easy as my York was not as runny as I personally prefer (my fault I should have asked). Grilled cheese with bacon and dill pickle on sourdough was great. Good cheese and the pickle was just enough to make the flavor pop. Carrot Cake muffin was good, and moist but the cream cheese frosting was a bit bland."
