"About a month ago, my friends and I went out for lunch at this establishment. The menu looked amazing, as it had a great variety of meals. However, when we asked our waitress if their meat was cruelty free, she was unsure and checked for...us. She came back saying that there was no certification on their meat products to declare that their meat was cruelty free. My friends and I were disappointed because we had recently made a choice that we weren't going to eat veal or other meat products raised in cruel conditions. Because of this, we ordered mac and cheese, as well as fries. Our service definitely could have been better. The mac and cheese was served in a cast iron pan that flavoured the pasta to taste like metal. We left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and disappointed in their lack of awareness of meat production, especially veal."

"I cannot express how good this Ricky's is! Hubs babe and I have never had a bad meal here. Been coming to this location for years and every time it meets or exceeds expectations! They are so caring and quick, if something is wrong they correct it right away. They are patient, especially since we go there with our 2 year old!"

"The noise level in this restaurant is unbearable. After the manager apparently shook the scratchy bat out of the terrible loudspeakers, I took the sound level to 82 decibels... has paralyzed enough to lead to hearing loss with long-term exposure, and that was after he... it down! Restaurants seem to have the 'music' really loud, so customers can eat quickly, drink quickly and go. Imagine the long-term effect of hearing loss for young employees! The food here is really not good enough to bear the racket. My friend and I could hardly hear us... I had to mug my ear in her direction to hear her. I sent the main office by e-mail and of course had no answer. I'm not going back!"
