"We stayed at the Casa Boutique hotel just a few days ago. We were impressed with the room. However, the bathroom shower was not working. In spite of letting the receptionist know, he did not do anything about it for the entire duration we were staying. He just lied that we will be sending someone soon but no one came in 4 days ! The AC was dripping water all over our shoes.We can still live with that but the most surprising thing happened after we returned from our vacation. They charged our credit card without any notice for the coffee ! They didn 't even send us a receipt even though they promised to do so while checking out. We were shocked ! First of all the receptionist while checking in did not let us know that the coffee is also included in the MINIBAR. Come on ! From when is coffee a 'BAR ' item and if it is let us know which they cunningly didn 't. We have been travelling for a decade now in the States and this is the first time to our utter shock that the coffee pods are not complimentary to the room ! Now what they will start charging for the soaps and shampoo and towels.Just be sure guys, Casa Boutique can put some unexpected charges to your card after you are back from your vacation. A good experience spoiled by such SCAM ! WHAT A SHAME ! I do not recommend anyone to stay here."
