"I've never written a review, I don't think. All I see are poor reviews for this location, and I can see why. My order had to be remade three times today after it was consistently incorrect. Altogether it took 3 hours before I finally got my correct order. Staff didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and the first order, I had to stand for 6 or 7 minutes before being addressed when there were over 4 staff members standing around behind the counter, and I was addressed because I spoke up. Insane. I don't live in OKC anymore, but I've never had these issues at another McAlisters before. Terrible customer service and a waste of time and money. The reviews for this location are embarrassing."

"I placed an order online. They forgot some sides and sauces. Manager made it right next visit. Placed another order online today. They forgot sauces and a side. Tried calling for assistance and someone keeps acting like they can't hear me on the phone. Granted, on the first mess up, the manager told me to place orders over the phone. But why have an online ordering option if I'm not supposed to use it? I'd like to earn points and stuff. Anyway whatever just wish their honey mustard and grilled chicken sandwiches weren't so good. *Final review- Manager and Saxton Group kept working to make things right and now this is a dependable location again."
