"5 stars for food, but 1 for cleanliness for average 3. Barely someone was inside or outside eating, but practically every table was dirty and there were many messes on the floor around the tables. I think management is directly responsible for this kind of thing and it shows a lack of pride in the restaurant. In the fast food industry nowadays it seems common not to clean the tables very often. The food was pretty good and the buyer was perfectly acceptable. But much more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant is required. And before the owner reacts here, yes, I already shared it with eadpdg.com."

"That was my first visit to zaxby. I drove past the orange city several times. the reason why I never stopped at a zaxby is because of her call, about price-medical chicken restaurant. I was in a hurry and saw the lake mary Zaxby’s right before I had to turn before I had to go to the 417. there was no one in the menu board, so I pulled in. the author asked “Can I take her order?” I ordered classic chicken sandwich combo advertised near the menu card. the author asked if pickles and zax sauce were in order? I asked what is Zax sauce? she couldn't really explain it. I said how it always comes. she asked what I wanted to drink, I asked what they have, that is not carbonized. it begins with caffeine-free coks. I told her I'd just take a sweet tee. two cars waited at the window. the first was about a minute before he left. the second car waits 4 minutes to order there. the bank was polite and friendly. she gave me the sweet tee and asked if I wanted ketchup. I said sure. she came back in two minutes and gave me a bag and said, "I've put three." that means 3 ketchup. the cassian karen was very pleasant and cheerful. I went under a tree on the parking lot, put my stroh in the icy and took a large drink. the sweet tee was a perfect sweet, strong tee taste and sweet, but not syrupy sweet. the tee was full of taste and refreshment. I opened the sandwich, orange sauce was everywhere in the foil pocket. the Orang sauce, Zax sauce was like a mild buffalo sauce, tangy, zesty, but not too hot. the bungalow was like a Hawaiian bungalow, but not too soft. the chicken breast was well baked and golden brown. the diligent was crispy. the chicken was slightly damp and seemed a little tricky. it was a delicious sandwich. I finished the sandwich and drove for the 417. When I entered the lake mary blvd, I came into the bag for a frit. the wrinkle-ground frits were thick, but did not seem to be thoroughly cooked. they were spicy like a slop chip or under cooked frit. I ate several on the lake mary blvd then when I moved to the 417 I saw that one had a season like paprika. I tasted the red spice and it was a little spicy and salty. it could have been better if it seasoned more on the fryed so that they could taste the taste. I will try zaxbys again."

"Our waitress was nice, decent service. Food was not worth the cost. Fries tasted old and burnt. My burger was way over cooked. Girlfriend said the tea tasted like toilet water. This is probably my fault but I guess they don't have children's sodas, so expect adult priced drinks when you get the bill. Dining room had very few families in it, we asked if we could watch the indy car race, when we finally got it on, they put it on the TV behind us. The only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is our server. I would not recommend this location. Three children and two adults, 69.00. Save your money and go somewhere nicer."

"What is that!!! I've never gotten these kind of potatoes before. Are you sure this is the proper quality of your company?I ordered meals with waffle fries and tried to eat them but two of large waffle fries were almost this quality.(1/3 were only potato skin side and 1/3 looked like left over. And also soggy.)Very disappointed and bad experience. I wish my son didn't eat them so I could share the picture of the whole waffle fries. [One more! Burgers are in the soup cup with plastic lid not in the boxes. I am not sure this is right, either cuz I've never got burgers like that before. I recommend you to go to lake mary Chick-fil-A."
