"Shocking, awful service. I visited with a party of 7 guests for a birthday dinner for myself, my mum and aunt. The service was appalling. Everyone’s meal was bought at at the same time, except mine. Our table was halfway finished, I still hadn’t been served and alerted the wait staff. While I was in the bathroom, staff said it would be ready in 2-3 minutes. That never happened. The rest of our table was nearly finished. I politely explained to the waitress it was my birthday and this was very disappointing. The waitress apologised. Waited even longer. By this point half of my table were finished and I still wasn’t served. I had to ask them to put it in a takeaway container because everyone would be done by the time it came out. More time passed and an older man, who I believe was the manager, came to collect the empty plates. I told him I still hadn’t been served, he just asked what it was, then walked away. No apologies or acknowledgement at all. Finally once everyone had finished and ready to leave, they bought my order out in a plastic takeaway box. I was livid at how this was handled at this point and told them to take it back I wasn’t interested in spending my money at this place for such shoddy and rude service). I left the restaurant in tears. Horrible way to spend a birthday, went home hungry. The meals are ridiculously overpriced $47 for a steak), the staff seemed indifferent, and the way the manager acted was some of the worst service I’ve had in my life."

"Standing ten people deep in the line waiting to order food I could see the girl behind the counter on the phone taking orders rather than serving the customers in front of her!! Places our orders to find I felt like I was in remote Africa when the young lady told me they had no water at all. To top off the eventful dining experience I found a March fly in my pitta which the management soon threw their invisible cloak over my plate and returned seconds later with a new plate!To anyone thinking about eating here don't,very poor service and questionable hygiene"
