"As we haven't been to Wendy's in a number of years, thought we'd check it out. The Oriental person at the counter needs to have a course in greeting people. Granted, this is a fast food restaurant, but the staff does not need to be rude. I ordered the double burger combo with cheese, have her the money , when she gave me change, she just said"here ya go," not counting it out like you should, very poor manners, I felt like walking out at that point. The food was mediocre, not at all like the Wendy's from years ago. I will not go back. They can take all their advertising $$$ and teach their employees some people skills."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food for a fast food place. For what it is though, you are spending nearly what you would at a sit down restaurant. It's a bit spendy. One small complaint I have is with the milkshake. The dessert was almost 50% whipped cream. I tend to enjoy a good topping of the stuff, but I would rather like more ice cream with my ice cream."

"Our waitress from over a year ago remembered us! The food was avarage for both price and quality. We ate in the lounge for dinner as the prices for the dining room were high. Breakfast in the restaurant was reasonable for a hotel."

"After eating out at several Cranbrook and area restaurants my wife and I opted to try the Rockwater Grill (or Steakhouse). We were glad we did. The restaurant is relaxing and tastefully decorated. The evening we went we ordered the special they suggested. It featured steak, lobster and crablegs. In a word, the food was delicious. The steak was tasty and done just as we ordered it. The lobster and crab was to die for. Meggie, our waitress did an outstanding job of looking after us.After the meal my wife said, "of all the restaurants in Cranbrook that we have tried, I like this one the best so far". We will definitely go back."
