"My wife and I were in Freeport buying fresh fish and decided we wanted to have Greek sandwiches for lunch. Based on the number of great reviews we decided to heD over to The Greek Cove in Merrick. We ordered 2 Gyro and one Sliced Chicken pita sandwiches and 2 orders of large fries. The sandwiches were overstuffed with delicious meats and fresh vegetables. The french fries were perfectly cooked and very crunchy. I bookmarked this restaurant and will be returning in the near future."

"The minute I went was a little empty, but then the service and the food changed my whole view in this place. It is now ten years later and I spend two nights a week here and enjoy every meal and entertainment. Guy Anthony's I would personally give ten stars, but I'm only allowed five. It is a beautiful place for friends and family to have a good time on every visit. Of the catering jobs he did for me, and good times he brought to my family, Guy, AJ, and her staff makes me feel like I'm part of a big family here. Hats by Guy and AJ."

"Horrible tasting food or No taste at all. We haven't been there in years, tried it yesterday, but won't go back. It was a waste of money! The only thing that tasted pretty good was the Reuben but the pastrami sandwich was dry, fatty, and didn't taste good. The rye bread in the sandwich was too small, the potato salad had no taste at all, the potato pancakes were so dried up and lumpy, there was maybe only one bite we were able to take from the center of it but it was so hard that we had trouble biting into it and we couldn't even eat it at all. We ended up throwing it out. Terrible, terrible food. We were highly disappointed."

"We ordered tacos and a burrito. The service was quick and the food was prepared fresh. The taco portions are fairly large but the burrito seemed to be small.The sauces they provided were good and flavorful.If you live around the area and in the mood for Mexican food, it’s a good place to swing by.I gave it three stars because of their prices… it’s expensive, especially since it’s mainly a take out place, there aren’t any waiters or extensive seating. I will admit I’m not from Long Island/NY area and my cost analysis is based on that.Best deal here is the two tacos and chips for $13."

"The previous review was from the deli down the block. They haven't sold an egg sandwich since... Well, 1803. To me Mary Bills is an excellent value... Both Food and Entertainment wise. Great portions served hot (don't touch that plate . Coffee is the best around served in extra large mugs from waitress with nice jugs too. (Kidding ; Sure it isn't the cleanest place because it is The Original American Icon which happens to serve more food through one guy in a morning than seemingly humanly possible. You can't clean a place that old without tearing it down. That how it's held together. Keep it that way and I'll be back. Change it and that deli might just get my business. NOT!"

"I'm guessing they default to covering the pizza in onion but it's definitely something that should be listed on the menu. had to pull all of the onion off which left it as mostly bread with some sauce left over. if you like tons of onion might be ok for you. I'll pass on this pizza from now on."
