"Ich hatte dieses Restaurant schon zweimal vorher besucht und meine Erfahrungen waren bis jetzt recht positiv. Na ja bis eben Samstag letzter Woche! Ich hatte meine Eltern und einen Freund zum Essen eingeladen. Wir bestellen die typisch iranischen Grillspezialitäten und das Essen wurde auch recht schnell serviert.Beim essen bemerke meine Mutter dann, dass Sie auf was sehr hartes gebissen hatte!Ihr Zahn schmerzte sofort und Sie spukte das Essen in eine Servierte. Man konnte seinen Augen nicht trauen, was da zum Vorschein kam!!! Ein Metallgegenstand von ca. 1- 1,5 cm. Sofort wurden die Kellnerin gerufen und auf den Sachverhalt aufmerksam gemacht. Zu ihrem Schutz muss ich erwähnen, dass sie genau so erschrocken und sprachlos war. Sie entschuldigte sich mehrmals und brachte dass Essen in die Küche, um dort die Mannschaft zu rede zu stellen. Anschließend kam sie mit dem Küchenchef zurück, baten vielmals um Entschuldigung und brachten ein neues Essen. Auch wenn das ein absolutes no go ist, dass im Essen solche Gegenstände befinden, aber man ist auch nur ein Mensch und Fehler können passieren.Was mich aber noch viel mehr enttäuscht und sprachlos macht ist, dass uns diese Portion noch berechnet wurde!!! Liebes Shalizar Management, ist das euer Ernst!? Wo bleibt der Kundenservice hier!? Nach so einem Vorfall sollte uns nichts berechnet werde, zumal was hätte passiert, wenn der Gegenstand geschluckt worden wäre? Ich war so sprachlos, dass das Restaurant Team nicht ein einziges Wort darüber verloren hat und so weiter gemacht hat als wäre das nun OK! Ich habe bezahlt, aber habe mir geschworen nie wieder das Restaurant zu besuchen und zu empfehlen!Kundenservice muss bei euch noch gelernt und in den Köpfen der Mannschaft eingetrichtert werden."

"Beautiful halal restaurant. tasty and fresh Arabic and Turkish dishes to make reasonable trips. we did not intend to go to this restaurant, but we were hungry and came along on the way back to the hotel at this restaurant. it turns out that eating is very good and we also had a few Arabic sweets at the end! if they live near this restaurant, it is good to order it to take away, as the restaurant's seat plan has not fallen to us."
