"You sorta get what you pay for because of the slightly low prices. Hardly any protein in the dishes. My ramen broth tasted like it came from a packet and the added protein was 5 thin slices of grilled chicken and 5 small cubes of tofu . No eggs. Bell pepper was added, very oddly ."

"I was by myself for an out of town business meeting and was told by the waiter that I should sit at the bar being alone, first mistake. While waiting for the bartender to get me a menu the place was nearly empty) I saw the waiter's in the regular seating area were standing around talking ,with no customers . The bar had two tables seated there with six total guests but it took 10 minutes to get a menu. When he returned to take my order another 10 minutes had passed , mistake #2 I should have left before hand. The steak took another 20+ minutes to come out but I didn't get my salad before it or bread. Between ordering and getting my food another group of five came in but left after the bartender ignored them for over 10 minute's . I may try other Tahoe Joe's but this one was terrible."

"They stack bowls of fries and onion rings on top of their burger orders and hot dogs. When I inquired to management that this was unsanitary and if they can make it right because I do not want to eat tri-tip sandwiches or hot dogs that have bowls stacked on top, the night manager (Darrel) was rude. He said this is how we always do it-what do you want me to do about it? So very rude but SO VERY unsanitary. It ruined the entire night-it was supposed to nice meal with family returning my sister to college. Very disappointed. When I inquired what time is best to call next day to speak with another manager, the staff members told me good luck because no one ever answers the phones. See image below-one should NEVER serve food like this. The health department would agree this is NOT OK and Darrel 's response of THIS IS HOW WE ALWAYS DO IT probably would not be well received by them."

"Novo is amazing! We found it based on the ratings but loved that we were guided here. They are dog friendly on the patio. The patio is beautifully placed over a stream. We are vegetarian but easily found the nachos and veggie burger. Both plates were a homerun. Service was excellent. Thank you! Parking could be difficult here when it is busy. We got lucky and parked in front but dogs enter through the patio, lol."
