"I love when I order specific food and you guys decide what I should eat instead. I love dipping fries I didn’t order in the sour cream I got for the baked potato I did order and didn’t get.Argumentative staff, especially towards their own superiors. No respect towards each other let alone customers.Spent my time listening to the staff argue their boss about whom messed up opposed to rectifying the situation with the customer (proper food or refund).Regional manager doesn’t do her job.
