"My order was messed up because I ordered two of the chocolate chip cookies and only received one. I ordered a large fry, but the cup was about 3/4 full. the sandwich was such a mess that it is ridiculously difficult too try to eat. it just seems to be a constant recurring problem with this particular Penn station location."

"Had to start going to this store on Woodman dr because the other store on Kings ridge drive that I went to for 20+ years has really went downhill in regards to service and atmosphere and safety. Anyway changing to the Woodman location has proved to be an excellent choice. Even better location, safer area, and better clientele. This location's service is excellent the food is excellent. I can come in here relax after a hard day's work take my time and eat my meal in peace, safely. Workers are friendly enough but probably could be a little more friendly. The only thing that I would add to this store is maybe put some tinted windows on the southern side or some kind of blinds because if you're in there and the sun is shining it tends to give you quite a blast considering it is a southern facing window. I will keep coming back here."
