"When I went to the front door on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m., there was no one at the host's booth. I just waited a few moments... not so bad. That said I could smell something unpleasant. It was almost like you knew you were near a bathroom. When the hostess/bartender saw us, she asked if we needed a table for two. I immediately told her I had 2 reservations under OpenTable. She said she didn't know about it and said we could sit somewhere we wanted. My guest and I were looking for a table. (This smell was still persistent where we went to the restaurant. The seat we chose was ok, then the smell finally left or we just got used to it. My guest and I ordered our food that was decent as soon as it arrived. I mentioned our waiter that the hostess did not check us under OpenTable and he immediately said he could do it for us. After a while, the waiter approached me and asked for the number I used for my points. He went and came back after a short time and told me that there was nothing. (Did I go to the wrong TGI Fridays? I checked my reservation and I checked WAS in the right place. The waiter asked me for the account number after a lot of time. At least I knew he was referring to the TGI Fridays Point System and NOT OpenTable. He told me it didn't work that way. I needed a Friday account before I could get points. I tried my best to explain to him that this was an OPENTABLE reservation and not the Friday 's. In the end, I spoke to a manager (which was only 3 months ago and he said he was not familiar with him. After a lot of debate and explanation about how OpenTable works, he finally went to the Hostess booth and could find my reservation on the OpenTable system. Actually, he said I was the only one on the list. As someone told me, take a good look at this place, you'll never see him again!"
