"Went there for soup. Fantastic broth with good prices, most main soups under $10 . On a Sunday evening the service was excellent. Would recommend"

"Cold day, wanted some pho, noticed this place on the Melbourne Central store directory. Given that it was a food court, didn't have particularly high expectations. Still, I was very disappointed with the large beef pho ($11). Beef balls tasted outright off, like they had been sitting in a freezer for weeks, couldn't actually finish more than one. Broth had absolutely no beef or authentic spice flavour at all, tasted like it was made from stock powder. Beef was tough, especially the sinewy bits, with lots of fat around the edges. On the plus side, the noodles were smooth and the coriander garnish looked fresh."

"Where can I get some decent pho in the CBD? It's freezing and we were craving for some pho badly. We decided to take a gamble on a lesser known spot and here were my/our findings:<br/ <br/ Broth One of the most important aspects of pho and I was pleasantly surprised on how balanced it was. Not overly salty and not overly weak either, very addictive (not in a bad MSG way) and was easily polished off.<br/ Noodles Very silky, unfortunately at the cost of it being quite fragile that it'd break on occasion. You can also get additional noodles if you are hungry, my friend found that he didn't need it. <br/ Meat I got their special beef and true to design, it came with sliced beef, brisket, tripe, tendon, meat balls and meat loaf. The sliced beef was really tender and pink, cut thinly. The tendon was on the tougher side. Don't expect copious amounts of meat.<br/ Condiments Fresh bean sprouts, basil and a wedge of lemon. We had to ask for fresh chillies, could have done with some chilli oil on the table also. The other two sauces were there though.<br/ Value for money Not bad for the CBD, the amount you are given is enough and in most instances won't put you into a food coma when you go back to work (unfortunately it did for me). <br/ <br/ They do a whole range of other Vietnamese dishes but being called Saigon Pho, I naturally gravitated towards their pho. Interestingly they serve up coffee from Proud Mary, seems out of place. A Vietnamese ice coffee would be a better pairing (which they also do)."

"Best dinner on Bridge Road! The Pho is phonominal and the the satay skewers are nuts. I will dream about this night for the rest of my life."
