"We went here after my son’s graduation at the request of the graduate. We’d been here once before on a whim. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre this place is really nice. Very busy decor presumably designed with the European customer in mind but so cheerful, colourful and lively. The welcome is fantastic and so is the food. Classic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine but you can also have a version of steak and chips too so even more conservative eaters would be OK. The cost mounts up easily but we will still definitely eat here again"

"My wife and I went for Champagne Afternoon Tea. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They showed us to our table, then it went downhill from there. Without asking what we wanted, they brought tea. Then the food came. Sandwiches straight from the fridge, still cold, covered in clingfilm, which we had to remove ourselves. No explanation of what we were given, although we could see what sandwiches they were, it would have been polite to say what they were. Not a very pleasant experience."
