"After having dinner nearby, we decided to stop in for a drink or two to watch the St. Louis Cardinals. The drinks were reasonable and the service was good. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita and it was extremely sour. I asked the bar tender if...he could sweeten it up a little and it was no problem. Of course my husband's Pacifico's were great. This was a fun evening and I am sure that we will return and maybe even have a bite to eat."

"A local friend brought us here for lunch this is not your tourist area restaurant. Very large wide open dining area, but exceptionally clean. I orered the oysters rockafeller as an appetizer, along with coco shrimp, my wife had the diablo shrimp and my friend...had the shrimp combo plate. When the food came it was not what I expected at all as the oysters rockafeller would have easily beena meal in itself. They were so good I ate all but of them-so much for sharing. The coco shrimp were huge and delicious especially with the mango sauce that was seved on the side. My friends shrimp platter was spectacular and my wifes diablo shrimp were very good-she lilkes them very spicey adn these hit the spot. Great service too. We had cocoa lights in a bottle along with a glass of ice to to pour the sodas in. It was hot and humid so both the glass and the bottles were sweating. The waiters would watch and as a small puddle of water would form on the table they would come over and wipe them up. When you used a napkin and set it on the table they were there to pick it up and dispose of it immediately. Exceptional service, fantastic food at a reasonable price. We will be eating here again again."

"My family and I stopped at The Shrimp Factory after touring Matazalan as it was recommended by our tour guide. The place was nearly empty when we arrived (around lunchtime) so we got right in. The staff that seated us were helpful and friendly. The wait staff was not as warm and friendly but did look after our every need. We ordered the largest sampler on the menu that included shrimp, lobster and fish. The food was decent and the beer was cold but this seemed more and more like a tourist trap the longer we stayed there. Don't get me wrong, it was a great place to eat but the price was not commensurate with the quality or the service. The Pacifico was excellent however!"

"Start by taking the biggest shrimp I have ever seen, stuff with cheese, wrap with bacon the Finnish with a sauce made with Kaluhu and what you end up with is heaven! Service was awesome as was chips and sausa!"

"After discovering this little hole in the wall in the mercado last year we went back for a second time and was not disappointed. The prices are big and the food is cooked right before them so that they know it is fresh. the service is efficient, but the group at this stand could learn to smile a little as she saw very boring at the day we went there next year back to mazatlan, we will be back tony for the experience"
