"My wife and I were on a road trip in Santa Fe and had a recommendation for The Shed from a friend who grew up in New Mexico. After looking the area over we were afraid the place just had to be a tourist trap and, of course, no wannabe foodie is going to be satisfied with that. But we were stuck there and decided to give it a try for lunch anyway. Boy, were we wrong. This place is no tourist trap! The staff is experienced and proficient, the prices are moderate, considering the area, and the food is terrific. In addition, there is a historical note that adds some interest. e.g. parts of the building date to the 1600 's. You can read their history on-line. We started with their Traditional Chips and Salsa which werd excellent. Then my wife ordered the Frito Pie with Red Chili on the side and I ordered their Green Chili Burrito with added beef and The Chili substituted for Green (see photo). Their 99 free menu was refreshing. Both dishes were superb: fresh, hot and delicious. I also ordered an IPA from their extensive drink list. The margaritas looked very appealing but I decided against one for lunch. The only problem we found was the place was very noisy until the crowd dwindled. This place will be a must for me anytime I am in Santa Fe. Kingwood Bob"

"We have been getting takeout from here regularly for the past two years. It has been hit or miss on if they actually do bring us our food curbside or if we end up having to pick it up after waiting 10-15 minutes. At least the food is tasty. Today was the last straw, though. After waiting for 15+ minutes with a long line of cars for pickup and nobody coming out with the food, my husband was harassed by a staff member for wearing a mask when he walked inside, then claimed it was a joke. You do not joke about that, ever. We will not be going back."

"An interesting combo of BBQ and sushi which at first doesn't seem like it would be a good one. Somehow they pull it off though, their rolls are delicious. I was skeptical of the jackass roll but it ended up being my favorite. My only qualm was that when you ordered one of the drink bowls the straws were not bendy. That aside this is a must visit if you're in the area."
