"Service, if you can call it that, is way below par. Owner was rude, especially being a first time customer. Menus are not updated and you can only order on the kiosk... heaven forbid you speak to any of the employees behind the counter. After a response from the owner, doesn't change a thing. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Every business is going through shortages and lack of help. Had this been articulated in a more professional manner, we would have given this business the opportunity to serve. However, we were made to feel as we were a nuisance to the owner and that customers walking in were not welcome. Not a problem. Another restaurant was able to fulfill our needs. Congrats on not needing new patronage and good luck. Apologies are not needed as you don't think you are doing a disservice in the way you treat potential customers. Keep doing what you're doing!"

"Eating is fresh and plentiful, there are also many possibilities. they offer grilled steak on the buffet if they like it unseasonal. the pulled boar is actually decent, but the ribs could be better. what should I expect from a not bbq restaurant. the fried chicken is some of the best I had, and the fried garnel is also good. the banana pudding is good, but the rest of the dessert elections are disappointing."

"I kind of expected High Tide to be a Moes or a Chipotle with mediocre Mexican American food and mediocre service, but I was VERY wrong. I found out the first time I ate there that High Tide isn’t comparable at all to those other places. The food is all fresh and delicious, and the service is always very good. I go back regularly for lunch and dinner and its hard to pick my favorite dish. The nachos are a pile of deliciousness with queso, fresh salsa, jalapenos, beans and sour cream and the grilled steak is killer. The el jefe burrito combines the steak with breaded shrimp and a horseradish-y sauce that is very good. High Tide Burrito Co. is a must-try."
