"I've walked past this restaurant so many times and never really bothered to peek inside, likely due to the unassuming façade. Boy, was I wrong! From the cute decor to the great background music to the fragrant food and great service, everything is well put together. As an appetizer we had soup (Soup-e-Jo) and the Persian platter (Persian Taster) what in heaven is that bread? So good! The hummus, if not the best, is right at the top of the list! As a main we ordered the Aubergine Stew, which comes with rice, also great. Overall, great experience and will definitely come back."

"We decided to try a Persian restaurant whilst we were visiting Toronto, having eaten in many in the UK. The food, whilst being mostly authentic Persian, was ok – nothing special, but ok. I was however surprised that the koobideh kebabs were beef – authentic kebabs are traditionally made from lamb. However they were pleasant enough.The owner/proprietor was very strange - sitting in the corner watching tv on her laptop and totally ignoring the customers. And as mentioned by a previous reviewer, the Asian waitress had a poor grasp of English and didn’t understand the dishes on the menu.Not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t bother going back."
