"My wife and I visited Wicked Hen for the first time on a recent date night. The restaurant is nice, but they seem to be suffering from the labor shortage. We ate upstairs, which was a bit chilly, and even though it was less than half-full, there were delays because there was only one person working the entire floor. He was a new employee and nice but obviously frazzled. The food itself was good but pricey, which was not unexpected. We had the pumpkin seed encrusted trout andchicken Marsala, along with deviled egg mini-bagels. All were very good, but the chicken portion left my wife hungry. My wife also loved the Water Moccasin drink, while I liked the Porch Pounder. At $14, the drinks were very expensive fora 4-ounce glass. It?s definitely a special occasion place. Hopefully, they can get their labor difficulties resolved so that the outing can be even more special."
