"Sonntags heißt es reservieren und sich dann selbst bedienen. Eierspeisen und Crêpes macht man nämlich selbst, ansonsten gibt es tolle Früchte, Salate, Dips, Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisches. Wer keine Probleme mit der Selbstbedienung hat, ist gut beraten, denn der Service ist heillos überfordert. Da wird es sogar schwer, die Rechnung zu ordern und zu zahlen. Den Sekt zum Frühstück bestellt man am besten gleich zu Beginn - das wird sonst schwer. Aber ansonsten: lecker!"

"This place was awful from the start. I ordered a €3,70 coffee, one of the most expensive anywhere in town. It took 15 min to arrive and was terribly watery with no absolutely no creamer to be found. The wait staff were flat out rude...complaining openly in front of the guests about how many guests they were and how they all order at the same time and ask for the bill at the same time! Clearly they were understaffed which I find amazing given the extremely high prices they are charging in their menu. Then to top it off I pay for the coffee and the waiter walks off with the change without any indication from me that I wanted to pay a tip. A tip for that service is just offensive and the tip is the customers decision not your assumption. If you want a nice day at the lake, give this a huge miss! Es war schon lang her ich hab so einien schlimmes kundenservice erfahrt. Von anfang fangt der kellner an, vor die kunden zu schimpfen über wie viel tische wollten gleichzeitig bestellen oder zahlen. Ich hab zum Glück nür ein kaffee bestehlt und hat zwar €3,70 gekostet und circa 15min gedauert bis zum tisch gebracht war. Für €3,70 würde man was besonders erwarten, aber das war wässerig, geschma.klos und ohne creamer. Klar war ein personnel mangel, aber unfassbar zu verstehen wenn mann die preise in die speisekarte berücksichtigt. Beim zahlen wolte ich überhaupt kein trinkgeld geben, hab nicht aufgerundet oder stimmt schon gesagt trotz dem hat der den Geld weg genommen und abgeholt! Ja das ist meine entscheidung, und für solche service würde ich niemals Trinkgeld zahlen. Bleib liebe fern für echtes erholung am Wienerberg!"

"We visited the restaurant on our last night in Vienna. Tired of eating schnitzels and potato salads, we decided to go for something different and chose this place. From the moment we walked in, our opinion of the place was not good. First of all, the non-smoking section was very cold. As it was only about 8-10C outside, we were hoping to warm up. However, as it was so cold inside, we ended up sitting with our jackets on. There was a live music concert in the smoking part. However, nothing for the non-smokers. The service itself was poor. No help with choosing the dishes, no recommendations... we ended up ordering a medium mixed grill platter with some pita bread and a side salad. We also ordered some beers. Drinks that arrived were not chilled and were served with hot glasses ( straight from the dishwasher). Then, the warm pita and salad arrived. Salad consisted of tomatoes, cucumber and some cabbage. By the time the meat arrived 20 mins later, the pita was stone cold. Meat platter itself wasn't the best. It consisted of lamb kofta, chicken, 1 sausage and some pork. We found everything very fatty, lacking in flavour and generally not very tasty. We didn't finish our meals and decided to leave. We would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."
