"The okonomiyaki I enjoyed in Kyoto earlier this year was such a treat, that I’ve since steered clear of it back home, for fear of being disappointed. However, I opted for the pork and seafood okonomiyaki at Osaka Bar, as well as a serve of...takoyaki. I didn’t need both, and knew the takoyaki would remain half eaten, but I heard of this dish and wanted to try it. The okonomiyaki was tasty and enjoyable, though not up there with Kyoto. Having never tried takoyaki before, I haven’t yet been converted; it was nice, but not quite what I’d been expecting. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff friendly and helpful (one even chased after me when I’d left my cardigan behind). Osaka Bar was one of the busier, and seeminly more popular dinner venues in Lankelly Place, and I would definitely return to try something different, including the Green Tea Crème Brulee which was not available on the night of my visit."

"Green tea creme brulee. Soooooooooooo Delicious. I liked how it wasn't very sweet. Creme brûlée are usually too rich and overpowering for me but I could've easily had another one of this."
